Why this trip

Egypt As I Have Come To Know It

Egypt is my second home. This trip is built from years of walking the same streets learning the rhythms and building relationships with the people who will welcome you.

When I first landed in Cairo it was loud dusty and overwhelming in the best way. Over time it became familiar. The barber who remembers my name the food spot that knows my order the boat guys on the Nile who wave when they see me.

This itinerary pulls from those years not just from a list of must see sites. We visit the pyramids of course but we also slow down in local neighborhoods sip tea in local spots and spend time with people who call this place home.

My goal is that you leave feeling like you have lived in Egypt for a moment not just passed through. You will see the big monuments and also the small everyday details that make a place feel human.

Small group max 10 people Daily life plus big sights Space for introverts and first timers Built with trusted local partners
